The School can in no way be held responsible for the disappearance of clothing, money or other objects on its premises, the Student being responsible for his own belongings.
None of the Parties may be held liable vis-à-vis the other if the performance of the Contract is delayed or prevented due to a case of force majeure including social conflicts, malfunction or interruption of means of transport or a decision of the competent authorities, pandemic or any blockage beyond the control of the Parties preventing the normal performance of the Contract.
The Party affected by a case of force majeure immediately informs the other Party by the means it deems appropriate, justifying the exceptional circumstances which make it impossible to perform its contractual obligations, and producing all useful justifications.

Annual insurance is included in the price of the subscription covering civil liability which may be incurred, on the basis of Belgian or foreign legislation and regulations applicable in this matter to pupils, following bodily injury and/or material damage caused to third parties during the course to the exclusion of any other type of liability. Any accident or injury that the Student may cause by his own doing is not covered. We advise students to take out additional "individual accident" insurance with their insurer. Each student or the parent(s) or legal guardians will ensure that they are in good general physical condition before registering.
